Tuesday - 6 sets of 400m (Intervals)
Wednesday - 15 laps of swimmming
Thursday - strength training
Friday - 6.94km
Saturday - 10.52km
Sunday - 5km time trial + strength training
Finally managed to find the discipline to train everday this week. Shall try to keep this routine while increasing the intensity and not get injured in the process.
